- Attendance & Geolocation: We collect precise geolocation data only at the moment of "Check-in" or "Check-out" to verify work locations. We do not track your location in the background.
- Documents: Resumes, education certificates, and identification files uploaded to the "User Management" module.
- Usage Logs: IP addresses and activity timestamps to maintain the security and audit trails of the platform.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used strictly for HR and administrative purposes, including:
- Automating attendance logs and late-arrival reporting.
- Processing leave requests and managing leave balances.
- Providing organization-wide analytics to company administrators.
- Sending system notifications regarding approval flows.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with:
- Your Employer: Designated administrators at your company have access to your profile and attendance records.
- Service Providers: Secure infrastructure partners (like Contabo) that host our encrypted databases.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law to comply with legal processes or government requests.
4. Data Retention
We retain employee data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription with POD Talent. Upon termination of service, data is archived and eventually deleted in accordance with your employer's data retention policies.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Users can update their profile information directly through the POD Talent UI or by contacting their company HR administrator.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption for all data in transit and restricted database access, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
